We are excited to share the news of our latest venture working with Morgan Sindall and the London Borough of Camden.
Central Somers Town Phase 2 Regeneration encompasses the development of 34 modern apartments spread across two low-rise blocks. In addition, to this, the construction of a brand-new community centre that will serve as a hub for residents and the broader community.
At the heart of this project lies our unwavering dedication to fostering stronger, more vibrant communities. The new community centre will not only provide essential services but also offer a gathering place where neighbours can come together, share experiences, and create lasting connections
